Engine, Alternator, Control Panel, Acoustic canopy, Canopy fan, Engine water pump.

Footprint of the combined heat and power unit is 3.4 meters x 1.14 meters including the control panel.
It has been serviced every 1000 hours. The unit is not due an overhaul until 24,000 hours.
Engine has been barred over, and the canopy fan and engine water pump have been powered up.
The unit is in a warm boiler room so is in good condition.
